🔁 Refund Policy
KK Saxena Associate is committed to delivering reliable and timely legal services including court marriages, affidavits, legal documentation, and consultancy. Due to the sensitive and procedural nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:
📌 When Refunds Are Applicable:
- If KK Saxena Associate is unable to initiate or deliver the agreed service due to legal changes or unavoidable circumstances, a refund may be issued after proper verification.
- If no documentation has been filed, and the client cancels the service within 12 hours of payment, a partial refund may be considered.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations:
- Once any government/legal process has been initiated (like notarization, affidavit, or court filing).
- If the client changes their mind or no longer requires the service without any fault on our part.
- If documents/details have already been processed or shared.
- Government, registrar, or legal drafting fees are non-refundable.
⚖️ Final Decision:
KK Saxena Associate holds the sole discretion to approve or reject refund requests after internal review. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
❗ Cancellation Policy
📅 Appointment Booking:
When a client books a service or consultation, a time slot is reserved. No other client is booked in the same slot, hence cancellations impact scheduling.
🔁 Changes & Cancellations:
- Clients must notify us via phone at +91 88515 75983 if they wish to reschedule or cancel.
- Slot rescheduling is allowed maximum 2 times.
- KK Saxena Associate will try to offer alternative slots but cannot guarantee the same.
📵 Non-Responsive Clients:
If a client does not respond to phone/email follow-ups for over 7 days, the appointment will be treated as cancelled without refund.
